The Comic Shop Plus is owned by Mental Adventures Inc. and has been in operation since 1987. The store started out as a dedicated comic shop but has expanded into a full line comic/ game store.

We are the only full line comic or games retailer in the county. We currently have 3 employees. The store is 2500+ sq ft in dimension. We carry over 150 comic titles on the shelf each month with over 2000 titles available for subscription services.

Gary Mockus, President

While Gary is on the road most of the time he still keeps the computers and business tasks flowing so the shop operates smoothly. He loves Warhammer Fantasy but plays just about everything. Comics have been a life long love affair that sees no end in sight.

Jeremy Thompson, Manager

Jeremy started out as a really young magic player here at the store and wound up running the show. Having played about every game there is he is also very versed in comic lore. This combination makes for some great conversation.

Aaron Ghiloni, Sales Associate

Aaron is refered to as the ”Go to Comic Guy“, mainly due to the fact that he reads nearly every book that comes out this week.

Come down to the shop on his days off and you’ll find him Playing Yu-Gi-Oh, Playing on the Computers, or talking about comics, videogames, movies, and even Muppets!? Just don’t tell him Gonzo sucks.
